An exquisite apartment, fully equipped and smartly furnished to make your stay great in Madrid. Close to all major atractions.
This is a nice one bedroom apartment with capacity for 5 sleeps located in the main city centre of Madrid!
Area well comunicated with metro, bus... Please note that lines and towels are provided.

The apartment has internet access. The minimum rental time is 3 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).
Check- Ins/ Outs:
Check In is at 15:00
Check Out is at 11.00
(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

We have a 40 one time cleaning fee.

Policies:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 20% of the bill.

The rest of the rent (80% of the bill) is due on arrival.

There is a surcharge for special events if apply.

DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions. 1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
