This pretty villa is situated in a cul-de-sac on a quiet, residential urbanisation. There is a large driveway, which can accommodate at least three cars. The villa is accessed by a few steps up to the pool area where there is a large, covered outside kitchen area with bar and BBQ. The view from the pool area is towards Mount Montgo, the sea and the Arenal beach. The naya (covered terrace) leads into the living/dining room with comfortable seating and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven,, kettle, microwave etc. The main bedroom has double bed,fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers plus an en-suite bathroom. There is an air conditioning unit in this bedroom.
The other two bedrooms have twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers and there are
air conditioning units in these two bedrooms.
There is also another shower room/wc The villa is just a few minutes drive from the Arenal beach area with bars, restaurants, shops etc.
During the summer months there are many stalls along the Arenal promenade selling local products, crafts, jewellery etc.
The historic Old Town and the Port are just a couple of kilometres further on from the beach area.
During the summer months there are many fiestas taking place with colourful processions, floats and always fireworks. Nearer to the villa, there is a supermarket, a bank, three restaurants and a chemist. There are many activities available in the area. Golf, tennis, quad bikes, scuba diving, sailing, boat trips,
jet skis, beach volleyball, horse riding.

There are also a number of night clubs in and around Javea
