Once upstairs a small hallway leads to the main bathroom & 2 fully furnished bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air con with the main double room also has a nice balcony.
Upstairs solarium has wonderful views of local area
Hiring a car would be useful but not really necessary as its only a couple of minutes walk to the Consum 2 commercial area. Situated close to shops, supermarkets & amenities but far enough away from possible noise
Hire car for this villa is not essential but hiring one might be useful for you

Transfers from Alicante are included in the price if needed but please note that transfers from Murcia do have an additional charge of 20 euros.
Car hire can also be arranged for you to collect at the airport or from the on site office La Marina is a coastal urbanisation which is about 12 miles south of Alicante airport & 40 miles north of Murcia airport (San Javier), so check both airports for flights.
On-site there are a large choice of bars & restaurants, 2 large swimming pool complexes, a snooker club, flat green bowling & 3 supermarkets. A bus service & various coach trips are also available. Hire cars on La Marina arent essential but are very useful as La Marina is growing by the year. Emergency services are available & 2 fully maintained clinics are open. Public telephones are ample, as well as 2 or 3 internet cafes. A street market on Thursday & Sunday is worth a visit. Major cities locally are Elche, Torrevieja & Alicante, easily reached by bus or car.
La marina beach is about 10 miles wide & is situated between the towns of Santa Pola & Guardamar. Its one of the best beaches in the Costa Blanca area with its clean, soft sand & often wins the blue ribbon award. It has a restaurant & beach bars if needed. Within half an hour drive in most directions the are also plenty of golf courses.
Water parks, Elche Safari park & horse riding are just some of the activities that are close by.
A short boat trip away is the island of Tabarca where you can spend the day eating, drinking & snorkelling the clear crystal waters.
For those who want the noisy crowds, fun & late night discos, the resort of Benidorm is less than an hour away by car. Also has a theme park, a safari park with a small water park as well, large water park & Benidorm Palace for good international entertainment.
