Your first sight on arrival at the house is the fabulous Pool and stunning uninterrupted views across the countryside. The 8 x 4 m solar heated filtered Pool, Gardens and Terraces are sounth facing, providing a private sun-trap all day long until the sun goes down.

Small sleepy villages are close by and to the South of us you will find the bustling town of Albox (20 mins by car). Take the opposite direction and life and the views change dramatically to the picturesque towns of Velez Rubio and Velez Blanco. This lovely Country House in a rural setting provides you with every comfort and facility that you will need to have a wonderful Holiday. It has been lovingly restored and decorated in a flamboyant Mediterranean style with many intriguing and delightful characteristics, surrounded by never ending views and charming gardens. It is set in its' own grounds of 12 acres with a private drive and electric gates.

The Pool is cleaned daily and the gardens are tended regularly for the guests to enjoy throughout their Holiday. Please bring your personal towels for sunbathing & the Beach. On your doorstep the recently renovated Monastery in Saliente, offers you the chance to sample the "Baroque" Architurecture; the incredible views; the food/wine in the charming Restaurant and weekly Concerts in the Summer. Also nearby, a first class English Restaurant just 2 kms up the road.

A visit to the Historic city of Granada is almost a "must" - the journey is breathtaking and "The Alhambra" is unforgettable. It can easily be achieved in one day as it takes aproximately 1 hour 30 minutes. by car (1 way). The Almeria Coastline is exceptional and it is still possible to find Beaches with hardly anyone on them. The area contains a wealth of places to visit and local activities. However, if you are feeling very lazy there is always your exceptionally beautiful Private Pool waiting for you to soak up the sun and enjoy the quite phenomeanl views. You can even enjoy an Aromatherapy treatment available to you at the house by appointment.

Changeover day
Please arrive from 4.00 pm and vacate the house by 10.00 am (local times). Changeover days are often Saturday or Sunday, however we are always flexible when possible.

Linen/Towels/Cleaning
The house is cleaned once a week and fresh bed linen/towels are provided. Please bring your own Towels for Sunbathing and the Beach.

A non returnable Deposit of £150 per week secures your booking. Please note: there is a returnable Inventory Deposit of £150 required against damage/breakages. The balance and inventory deposit should be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
