Cleaning/towels/linen: All bedlinen and towels included (except beach towels). Extra set of linen and towels for 2 week rentals. House cleaned before rental. Additional cleaning can be arranged. All bedding from Marks and Spencer or John Lewis.
Electricity is included. House is fully double-glazed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Lounge/diner has two ceiling fans. House stays wonderfully cool in summer. A £70 deposit against any damage is to be paid with the final payment. This will be refunded 7 days after your departure.
