This villa offers a special holiday with the luxury of your own large pool in a very scenic and quiet location.
Villa Can Estern has been lovingly restored and furnished by the owners and is so much more than a holiday home. This two story villa is located in the heart of rural Mallorca, yet less then 10 minute from the ancient and picturesque town of Pollensa where there is a good choice of restaurants, pavement cafés, local shops and a colourful Sunday morning market. The ground floor accommodation is reached trough a large covered terrace running the length of the front façade, which offers excellent opportunities for living and dining. Moreover thanks to its southern orientation the warm of the sun is kept nearly all day long. As you enter the villa you will find a huge bright living room with glass doors that faces the front terrace. Next to it there is a fully equipped barbecue, very convenient for family meals. Also in this area there is to be found a bedroom and a bathroom suitable for disabled people. Off the lounge a spacious and comfortable kitchen leads you to the rest of the ground floor accommodation a bedroom, a sitting room and a staircase that takes you to the upper floor. On the top level there are two cosy bedrooms with great views and its own bathrooms. A patio door leads to an upstairs open terrace, an ideal venue for private sunbathing. This lovely villa comes complete with a large sunny swimming pool surrounded by paved terrace and beautiful garden - an ideal option for a family or for a group of friends wanting to enjoy the hidden treasures of this beautiful island. The villa offers many extras such as Satellite TV, DVD, Table tennis, dishwasher and air conditioning. Rental conditions: Twice weekly maid service is on day of arrival to prepare your villa and once more during the week.

Bed linen once a week and towels twice. Changed weekly. Cots or additional bed can be provided.

All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.
