Gorgeous house of Stone and Wood located in the Protected Historical Set of Orgaz. Recently recovered, it conserves the beams of wood, grounds and original walls, it has been decorated in detail and a new colorista and very pleasant air has occurred him.

In addition to the 4 rooms with 2 baths, it has rustic kitchen totally equipped, hall with chimney, salita with stove and firewood, patio, terrace, porch, garden with skillful barbecue and, Hen house, orchard… and all the necessary one to spend days of luxury in an atmosphere than more pleasant.

The House is offered totally equipped with sheets, towels… and has magazine, dinner services and book, complete menaje of kitchen… Swimming pools and municipal tennis court to 100 meters. La Casa de Ulda is located in a strategic spot to visit the Montes de Toledo. In only ten minutes we can get lost in a typical Mediterranean forest, see amazing mills of La Mancha, discover old Visigothic arqueologic remains, or visit the medieval quiet town of Orgaz and its castle. There are horse-riding trips available to enjoy all this as Don Quixote did.
Three Natural Parks can be visited at less than an hour away from the lodging: Cabañeros, Las Tablas de Daimiel and Ruidera Lagoons. We cannot miss either the Three Cultures Monumental City: Toledo, a city that highly deserves a visit.
The house was built by Grandfather Uldarico (who was known in the town by the nickname of Ulda) with granite stone and sun-dried brick. Its thick walls preserve very well the inner temperature, keeping the house cool during the summer. The carpentries, mosaic floors and original coffered ceilings have been preserved during the restoration process. The old furniture has been rescued from the oblivion and has get a new look with the wall paintings of Alejandro (Ulda's grandson). The result is a magic atmosphere that harmonizes very well with the old spirit. The house features four wide bedrooms with little lounge and bathroom, a welcoming living room with fireplace, a wide rural kitchen and the patio (life's nucleus when the weather is nice). The patio connects with the porch, where the sound of water in the pond relax and refreshes us. Other atmospheres are the terrace, the garden, the path with fruit trees, and the ecologic vegetable garden and henhouse (you can taste their products).
La Casa de Ulda is a place where disconnecting the daily life is a pleasure. A nice place in the country where one can be closer to the nature... And at only an hour away from Madrid... Characteristics
