Front line location, with spectacular views across the golf course, this fully equipped villa with private swimming pool & garden is situated on a resort which is almost certainly guaranteed to surpass all expectations and is only 5 km from the beaches of the Mar Menor. As featured on television Polaris World resorts have the ability to make even the most physical active person be quite happy relaxing by the swimming pool or if that becomes to much there is always golf, gym, swimming and other activities to pursue. There are also restaurants and bars on site which provide night life and entertainment. Facilities on the complex include a community centre, club house, gym, restaurants and bars, medical centre, hairdresser/beauty salon, supermarket and bank along with other shops.
Golf course is a five star nine holes designed by Dave Thomas and a further nine holes planed for late 2009. Costa Calida is blesses by the mild Mediterranean climate it has at least 315 days of sun per year. The town of Torre Pacheco is two kilometres from the resort, a typical small Spanish town with restaurants and bars and has excellent communication links with Murcia and Cartagena.
Los Alcazares is approximately 4 km drive here you will find the nearest beach and this is the largest settlement on the Mar Menor, mile long promenade, large marina and beautiful beaches, there also is a wide range of water sports.
A large centre then other towns on the coasts with many shops bars, restaurants and shopping mall with cinema. The towns around Mar Menor area are small and inviting, the people friendly and accommodating. The Golf course is now full open but if you want to play you will have to book, as you would expect from any exclusive resort full dress code is required and golfers will have to show handicap,if this is not possible you can be assessed but there is a charge for this. There are many other golf courses within easy reach. Murcia the capital city is 20 minutes drive steeped in history, art, architecture and culture can be admired in natural settings or with in the regions network of museums and has all the facilities off the large city you would be expect to find. City of Cartagena is a ancient seaport and naval dockyard and is a growing commercial centre has direct communication links with Alicante.
