Crespo villa is a traditional large "Finca" style property, with private walled-in grounds. There is a long, private driveway at the entrance and the property is surrounded by hectares of own grapevines and orange groves. On the ground floor of this "MINI-MANSION" is a large lounge/dining room which opens out on to a large covered terrace area. The spacious lounge-kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The villa has a satellite television system, and a glazed naya. The master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet shower room are located on the ground floor. On the first floor is a master bedroom, two twin bedrooms and one bathroom. The property offers a comfortable stay for either 8, or 12 guests, (with the East Wing Annex, see below) and is within 3/4 miles of Moraira and Calpe.

The East Wing extends the villa into 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge-dining room and an interior 'patio' more. The East Wing also has satellite TV and can accommodate 4 guests. The property provides large and spacious accommodation for a good value holiday. It is very comfortable and well furnished and also benefits from heating and air-conditioning. Crespo Villa is set in a countryside location, but no too far from the beaches of Moraira and Calpe and is a character property. A very cosy second home with built-in-barbecue, private swimming pool (28ft x 15ft), open and covered terraces, a car port and plenty of on-site car parking. It is located close to the towns and beaches of Calpe, Benissa and Moraira.

Facilities nearby include a variety of restaurants, local supermarkets, bars, and Benissa village 3.50km away. Calpe beach 5 km and Moraira beach 6 km and Terra Mitica Theme Park 20 minutes drive away. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are both less than 1 hours drive from the villa.

Hosts of walking, mountain excursions and all kinds of water sports within 10/15 mins drive.
