The villa is furnished to a very high specification and comprises, on the ground floor, of living area with two leather sofas providing seating for six, satellite TV and DVD player, kitchen complete with oven/hob, washing machine, microwave, granite worktops, and four bar stools, bedroom with twin beds and built-in wardrobes, and a fully fitted bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find two further bedrooms (one double with built-in wardrobes, large terrace with table and chairs, and the other with twin beds and built-in wardrobes), and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a large ground floor terrace to the front of the villa. Air conditioning is installed. A safe is also provided for your use. Rojales is located close to the beautiful Natural Park of the Salt Lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata.

This is a lively community with amenties such as an Aqua Park, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, a tobacconist, hairdressers, banks, a medical centre, communal swimming pool etc. The whole complex is very stylish and picturesque with a beautiful community swimming pool. There are many outstanding golf courses in the area including Real Club de Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin, as well as La Marquesa and La Finca. La Manga is also around one hour away by car, which makes this a great location for groups of golfers. From here, you are only a short car ride away from the wonderful beaches of Guardamar del Segura, where you can relax in the sun or enjoy a multitude of water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, etc.

The lively towns of Torrevieja, Guardamar, Elche (with Europe´s largest palm forest) and Santa Pola (famous for its seafood) are also just a short distance away. Rojales is south of the cosmopolitan capital Alicante, a beautiful city full of history and wonderful architecture.

There are two airports: Alicante and Murcia-San Javier from which Rojales can be reached by car within a 30-35 minute drive.
