Entry to the La Calma complex is via electronic gates and each property has a video controlled entry unit to monitor visitors.

In the living area of this one bed, ground floor apartment there is a comfortable double sofa bed and pull out guest bed, allowing the property to sleep up to 5 people. Satellite TV with UK channels is provided. Sliding patio doors lead to the private garden with table and six chairs, overlooking one of the pools and landscaped garden area. There is a choice of communal pools within the complex.

The fully equipped kitchen includes oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, and washing machine. All the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.

The bathroom has a bath with over head shower attachment, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin. The bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Sliding patio doors lead to the garden. A hairdryer is provided.

The apartment is within walking distance of Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre where you will find numerous bars, cafes, restaurants, and two supermarkets. The closest beach is a 300 metre stroll, but the choice of white sandy beaches is unlimited along this part of the coast.

A car is not essential although highly recommended to visit the numerous and varied attractions along the Costa Blanca.

Other facilities in the area include tennis, go karts and horse riding a short drive away. The lively town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away where you will find miles of sandy beaches, a long promenade populated with bars, cafes and restaurants, and the marina. The area is a golfer's paradise boasting five major golf courses - Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Campoamor, La Finca, and La Marquesa.

Murcia-San Javier Airport is 25 minutes by car, and Alicante 45 minutes.
