Villa Ca Na Picassa is approached down a country lane and thanks to its elevated position it enjoys great views on the side of the hillside of “Serra de Tramuntana”, an area of natural beauty and special protection. The far reaching views are truly outstanding and the very private location affords total peace and tranquillity. The winding single lane track leads to this oasis of peace. For nature lovers this is a perfect choice for an opportunity to enjoy Mallorca`s beautiful verdant countryside. The property covers about 12.000m2 land with carob trees, olive trees and genuine plants from the island.
The cosy ambience of this property invites you to spend relaxing days by the pool, enjoying strolls round the finca or unwind with a book in the garden. The house has a large covered terrace at the front which leads to the spacious lounge/dining room beautifully furnished, with a comfy seating area, wood stove, Satellite TV and DVD player. The open plan modern pine kitchen is well fitted with all kind of appliances to make cooking easier. Also to your best convenience a door connects the kitchen with the barbecue and pool area. All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.

Occupancy of property: 14:00h 2 pm
Vacation of property: 10:00h 10 am
