Totally secluded, this luxury villa in Spain is ideally situated for a quiet and relaxing holiday, and has stunning panoramic views of the pine clad hills towards the mountains. It is situated within walled landscaped gardens with mature oak, palm and pine trees. It is accessed via a gated entrance leading onto a driveway with ample parking area. The villa comprises of 9 spacious double bedrooms, all of which are en-suite, sleeping up to 24 with additional beds that can be made available. Cots, and high chairs are provided on request.

Staff are based nearby and are available upon request to fulfil your every need, from maid service, shopping service, grounds men and porter service to sumptuous meals provided by the chef. A security team or evening entertainment can also be provided on request. Facilities include Satellite TV, entertainment system, dishwasher, tumble dryer, central heating, air conditioning and a games room with pool table, and bar. A jacuzzi is being installed for 2008. If you fancy a traditional paella for 20, staff will order from a local restaurant and pick it up for you at no extra charge. Shopping can be undertaken on your behalf for your arrival, just provide a list of your requirements before leaving and leave it to us. Being an exclusive and privately owned luxury villa in Spain available for rentals, we can afford to give our guests the personal touch when it comes to looking after you, something you simply won't find anywhere else. From the chef's sumptuous meals and maid service to the groundsmen and the porter service, you'll realise that you wont need to lift a finger, just relax and enjoy the view. Although we'll leave you to enjoy all that this part of the Costa Blanca has to offer, we do provide evening entertainment on the form of local musical entertainers that perform about three times a week. The performances are a variety of Spanish traditional and European Classical. One particular performer is a pianist that plays our Grande piano one night per week and yes she does take requests. All this plus a guided tour of the local restaurants and bars is just an added touch to the overall stylish & relaxing atmosphere that Blanca Casa and its friendly staff have a reputation for. Rental of this magnificent luxury Spanish Villa offers peace and tranquility combined with the stunning views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. An ideal base from which to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area with its' dramatic landscapes and enchanting valleys. There are many different paths nearby which will appeal to those who enjoy walking. Hawks, and occasionally eagles can be seen in the area. Quite simply, a haven for walkers and artists alike or for those who want a complete relaxing break. For the more energetic guest, horse-riding and golf are available locally.
