This traditional Spanish style property opens into a large living/dining with a good size open plan kitchen. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa, TV with free to view satellite channels. There is a large dining rustic style dining table which is in keeping with the style of property. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. There is a pretty private patio just off the living room which is great for dining "al fresco" and BBQs. There is a good size double bedroom which has large wardrobe. There is an extra single room with a single bed, wardrobes and an extra bed that pulls out. The bedrooms both lead out to small corridor and the bathroom is just off the corridor. Both of the bedrooms lead out onto a balcony. The complex has a very large communal swimming pool that is open all year round. It is a secure gated area with large beautiful gardens and lifeguard. The pool is only a short walk from the property. The pool is never overcrowded even in August.

There is a supermarket and bar/restuarant on site at Pueblo Mijitas. This is very popular and convenient for guests and resitdents of Pueblo Mijitas. Just 30 Km from Malaga airport and just under 3 Km inland from the coast (Fuengirola) is Pueblo Mijitas, a quiet development situated up above the two championship golf courses of Mijas, Los Olivios and Los Lagos. The urbanization is behind the prestigious and famous Hotel Byblos. The architecture of the houses and the decoration of the streets are those of a typical Andalucian town. Mijitas town is ideal for the lovers of golf, the beach and for those wanting to explore the Andalucian region. Places to visit include the typically Spanish hillside town of Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Benalmadena. It is also an easy drive to Gibraltar. Further field, but well worth a visit, is the beautiful town of Granada and the exquisite Alhambra Palace.
