Villa L'Hort has been lovingly and carefully restored following the original structure and tradition in respect of the traditional shapes and peculiarities.
Fully surrounded by old trees and precious plants and flowers, typical of this particular area, the villa is a sensational property with a beautiful swimming pool where you can experience the silence of the nature on wooden chaise and lounges with a fresh drink or simply lie under the sun. Inside and outside furniture are very warm and full of charm; the house is very well decorated with furniture coming from all over the island. It retains the lovely old beamed ceiling and other original features such as the old fireplace.
The entrance hall, now a sitting area, leads into the accommodation of the house. Next to it you get into the original sitting room, which used to be the old kitchen of the house. The kitchen is fitted with wood units along with modern facilities including a dishwasher and a microwave. The grand dining room has a table fit for a big party, and it can be entered from the kitchen and from the entrance hall. A family bathroom under the staircase completes this floor.
On the first flor there are to be found four beautiful sunny bedrooms all serviced by a spacious family bathroom. An attractive feature of this villa is the extra large covered terrace which runs along the front of the house, providing welcome shade from the summer sun. The terrace is furnished with outside dining facilities including an enormous dining table for eating outdoors.
On one side of the pool and garden area there is a porch with a table tennis for your added enjoyment. Finally, the exterior of the villa comes complete with a toilette with a shower and a laundry. All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.
