Villa Nature is a beautiful house in Pollensa area, based on two levels inside an old forest of pine trees, figs, and precious plants, typical of this part of the island. With its gardens, terraces and the beautiful pool the whole place has a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Villa Natura is around 10 minutes drive from the centre of Pollensa and Port Pollensa and about 5 minutes from the famous beach of Cala San Vicente .
The house has been delightfully renovated and furnished keeping the genuine simple Mallorcan style with white walls, tiled floors throughout and attractive beamed ceilings. On the first floor we first find an inner hall which boasts a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and a family bathroom.
The lounge area is just as cosy and features a television, satellite, dvd player plus comfy seats that surround the traditional decorative fireplace. Off this living the lovely pine kitchen is both spacious and very well equipped for a self-catering holiday, next to it there is an outside laundry room. Stairs from the hall lead you to the first level corridor with access to a master bedroom and a twin bedroom.
Outside the large covered terrace, and the nearby BBQ area which both look out onto the pool, make an idyllic venue for al fresco dining in the long warm hours in this wonderful climate. All in all, a delightful spot with all the fascination of time gone by, an ideal home for lovers of natural environment, who wish to spend not only an unforgettable holiday, but also to make a trip into a nostalgic past. All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.
