This is property is perfect for holidays or a longer term rental. Within the typical Spanish village of Pedreguer, you will find supermarket, shops, post office, banks, and weekly market as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes, or tapas bars.

For golfers, the 18 hole course at La Sella is within a 10 minute drive, as is the luxurious Marriot Hotel whose facilities include spa, fitness centre, indoor pool, horse riding, and tennis.

All prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week.

A Booking deposit of 50% is required to reserve the holiday

Full payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

Cancellation refunds:
up to 12 weeks - no cancellation charge
9-12 weeks - 50% of deposit refunded
6-9 weeks - 25% of deposit refunded
Less than 6 weeks - no refund

Electricity and water are included in the cost of the weekly rental.

Linen and towels are provided but please bring own beach towels.
