The ground floor level consists of a large lounge dining room with Satellite TV, spacious fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with breakfast bar, dishwasher and microwave, a full family bathroom and a large covered sea/valley facing naya. Upstairs are two spacious master bedrooms with full ensuite bathrooms, both have their own private balconies and one has a ´sun room/seating area´ with glazed patio doors to balcony. There area also two twin bedrooms with a further ensuite adjoining both, and a second family bathroom. Benidoleig is a farming area, made up of orange and lemon groves a Famous for its natural cave, Cueva de Calaveres, the village of Benidoleig is situated in a semi-rural location in the valley of Sierra de Seguili, between Pedreguer and Orba. The 50,000 year old cave is located on the main Pedreguer to Benidoleig road and boasts magnificent stalacmites and stalactites. The nearby ‘El Cid’ restaurant, not only provides good food and night time entertainment, but a Charity Auction every Friday, bowling club, weight watchers class, hairdresser, and leisure oasis for those in need of a little pampering. The sandy beaches and town of Denia are only 15 - 20mins drive away, as is the beautiful sandy beach and promenade of the Arenal in Javea, which offers a wide variety of clubs, bars and restaurants. Golf can be found in both Denia and Javea, and the attractions of Benidorm can be reached in 25 minutes. The airports of Valencia and Alicante are 1 hour by car.

All prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week.

A Booking deposit of 50% is required to reserve the holiday

Full payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

Cancellation refunds:
up to 12 weeks - no cancellation charge
9-12 weeks - 50% of deposit refunded
6-9 weeks - 25% of deposit refunded
Less than 6 weeks - no refund

Electricity and water are included in the cost of the weekly rental.

Linen and towels are provided but please bring own beach towels.
