El Paradiso is a large rambling 5 bedroom house in Elviria, close to Marbella and approximately 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport. It is situated in a quiet well established residential area with good local shops and several restaurants close by. The house is only a five minute drive from the nearest sandy beaches and the golf course. Upstairs El Paradiso has a spacious and well furnished lounge/dining area with wood burning stove leading to a large terrace with views over Elviria to the sea and a side terrace. The fitted quality kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, hob, oven and microwave leads to a large, shaded breakfast terrace. There is also a small cloakroom on the upper floor. Downstairs there is a twin bedded room with fitted cupboards, three further twin bedded rooms with fitted
cupboards and 2 shower rooms with WC and a further cloakroom. There is a 10m x 5m swimming pool in an established garden which is terraced to the rear. The lower shaded terrace has sun loungers.

There is a parking space for one car and additional parking available in a cul-de -sac.

The villa is professionally managed with emergency help lines. Linen and towels are changed and maid service provided once a week at a nominal extra charge. Please provide your own beach/pool towels.

A welcome food pack can be arranged at extra cost, as can additional maid service. There are many renowned golf courses in the area as well as tennis and sports clubs nearby. For eating out, the local beaches are dotted with good restaurants, fish and seafood being the speciality. The resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola and Torremolinos are all within easy reach and provide plenty of nightlife.

If you take a drive inland there is breathtaking scenery among the mountains, or visit the impressive Moorish city of Ronda also the caves at Nerja are spectacular. The mountains and ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada are close to Granada, about 2 hours drive away. Gibraltar is visible from the coast and worth a visit.
