Nueva Ribera Beach Club Resort is situated directly on the Los Alcazares beach in front of the mineral rich, warm water lagoon of the Mar Menor, with its clean, sandy beaches and promenades, this beautiful beach resort provides breathtaking views and scenery. This luxurious apartment has been built to a very high standard with polished marble floors, built-in vanity unit in bathroom, and a fully modern integrated kitchen, combined with a terrace off the living area, wooden pagodas and lush green gardens lined with palm trees, makes this a real pleasurable place to frequent. The apartments themselves are built around the shared pool. There is underground secure parking, although you may not need your car during your stay as you can walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops. The living area provides comfortable seating and TV with satellite connection, dining table and chairs, with a terrace off with outdoor furniture - the perfect place to enjoy an al fresco meal and drink. The modern kitchen comes complete with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, extractor hood, and large fridge/freezer. In the bedroom there is a large double bed and built-in wardobe, bedside tables and lamps. There is also a security safe for your convenience. In the bathroom, which is fitted with marble floor and wall tiles, you will find a built-in vanity unit, and bath with shower unit over.

The apartment is fitted with air conditioning, and there is a secure entry phone system.

The Beach Club has 24 hour manned security, with only one entry/exit. A lovely walk along the esplanade will bring you to the town of Los Alcazares where you will find restaurants and shops.

The apartment is also available for long term lets at 500 Euros per month, minimum of 3 months.

Murcia-San Javier Airport is less than 10 minutes away by car, and Alicante Airport is 55 minutes. Both are served by the major budget airlines.
