There is a sunny balcony area off the double bedroom. There is also a lovely roof top solarium, ideal for sunbathing. The villa is located a 10 minute walk from the beach, and is an ideal choice for families and small groups.This property has the added bonus of air conditioning, ceiling fans and satellite television. Off-road parking is also provided. There is a communal pool. The areas of Cabo Roig and La Zenia on the Orihuela Costa provide a vibrant nightlife with many pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa have all been awarded the Blue Flag in recognition of high quality and safety. You are also just a short journey from Villamartin Plaza with over 40 bars and restaurants and the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre with three floors of shops, restaurants and bars and family entertainment. A short drive takes you to three renowned golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex.

The villa is a 20 minute drive from Murcia-San Javier Airport, and 45 minutes from Alicante.
