The villa is situated in a quiet residential area where there are green areas, communal pools and other facilities such as a bowling green, cafe bars, tennis courts, squash courts and mini golf being introduced. The nearest supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be found in Los Montesinos, Ciudad Quesada, Benijofar, Rojales and Torrevieja.

Air conditioning/heating is installed. Bedroom 1 comprises of a double bed, ample built-in wardrobes, mirror, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with built-in wardrobes, wall lights, mirror, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 (on the ground floor) has two single beds with built-in wardrobes, wall lights, mirror, and ceiling fan.

Two of the bedrooms lead on to sun terraces.

There is a roof top solarium with open views of the salt lakes. There is a ground floor shower room with w.c. and wash basin, and a first floor bathroom with bath, w.c., bidet and wash basin.

The villa has its own large, kidney shaped swimming pool with lights, and outside shower. There are lights on the perimeter wall for evening entertainment. There is also a community pool.

The bustling town of Torrevieja with its shopping centre, fine sandy beaches, bars, clubs and restaurants, is only 10 minutes by car. The area is a top destination for golf lovers, with La Finca and La Marquesa golf courses only a short drive away. There are numerous beaches close by as well, many of which have the Blue Flag rating: La Mata and Guardamar are particular favourites.
