A superb two bedroom, two bathroom villa with two good sized balconies, large solarium, gated car port, garden and community pool. The upstairs twin bedroom has its own private balcony as well as bathroom. The property is situated in a residential urbanization at Playa Flamenca, on the southern stretch of Spain's Costa Blanca. The neighbourhood is quiet, friendly and relaxing. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance and the community pool thirty paces from the door step. On the ground floor, the charming lounge/diner is roomy light and airy, with ceiling fan and a fireplace. It also has its own balcony. The double bedroom, also on the ground floor, has a ceiling fan, a double bed and large fitted wardrobes with sliding doors.

There is a full sized swimming pool thirty paces from the front door with a children's pool and outside showers. The villa is 5km outside of the main town, Torrevieja and 40 minutes from Alicante Airport.
There are 4 golf courses within a 5 minute drive. Villamartin is without doubt one of the finest golfing complexes in the whole of the Costa Blanca. The blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig are also 5 minutes drive away. The local Saturday market crammed with superb bargains and some of the most wonderful fruits and vegetables is within walking distance. Activities within the area include horse riding, tennis and bowls. There are five marinas which offer sailing, water skiing snorkelling and fishing. Torrevieja is just a short drive away and offers shopping, restaurants a Friday market and bars and enjoys a wide promenade and wonderful fish restaraunts. Further north of Alicante and snuggling in the hills north of Benidorm, is Terra Mitica, the largest theme park in Europe with five main Mediterranean country themes.

The World Health Organisation considers the area to be one of the healthiest in Europe because of the combination of the salt lakes, salt flats, sunshine hours and temperatures.

A deposit of 25% is required with signed agreement. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. If booking within eight weeks, the full payment is required. An additional key/security deposit of £100 is required with the balance. This is refunded in full when the keys are returned, subject to there being no damage and no excess cleaning required.
