Daya Vieja is a small village with a few restaurants, a bar, a bakery and a pharmacy. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found in nearby towns Rojales, Benijofar and Ciudad Quesada a few minutes drive away.

10 minutes drive from miles of sandy beaches. Within half an hour of several golf courses including La Finca, Las Marquesa, Villamartin, Real Campoamor and Las Ramblas. The villa is laid out over 2 floors, plus a rooftop solarium, all fully tiled. There is an open plan lounge dining area on the ground floor with plenty of space. Furniture includes 2 three seater sofas, a pine dining table with 6 chairs, a pine bookshelf and storage units.

There is a satellite tv with approximately 20 channels including BBC, ITV, Sky sports, music, kids, etc and a dvd player.

Electric fans are provided for the summer, together with electric radiators for the winter.

Security features include an alarm, door and window grills and additional door and window locks. The main bedroom on the first floor has a fan, a double bed, ample built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging and shelf space. There is a built in safe located in the floor of the wardrobe. Patio doors lead to a large balcony.

Bedroom 2 on the first floor has a fan, 2 single beds and a built in wardrobe, with hanging and shelf space.

Bedroom 3 on the ground floor has 2 single beds and a free-standing pine wardrobe, with hanging space and a large drawer. There is a large solarium on the roof with 4 sun loungers, a large balcony leading off from the main bedroom with a patio table and chairs and a terrace on the ground floor with a table and chairs.

The first floor bathroom has a bath (with shower), w.c., bidet and wash basin. The ground floor shower room has a shower, w.c. and wash basin. Nearby there is a communal pool with plenty of room for sunbathing. A childrens play area with seating is also nearby. Linen and bathroom towels are provided but you will need to take your own beach towels.

A cleaning charge of 60 euros is payable locally on collection of the key.

Booking deposit £100. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £100.
