This is a very nicely presented first floor apartment situated on Urbanizacion Bella Vista I. The secure gated complex offers off-road parking and private beach access which takes you straight down to a private cove, which in turn gives access to the public beach. The apartment is furnished to a very good standard and is fitted with air conditioning/heating. In the living area there are two comfy sofas, and a TV with English channels. The kitchen is fully fitted to include oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sun loungers are also provided. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed, and one with twin beds. Both have built-in wardrobes. The fully fitted bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath. A safe is installed to bedroom one. There is outdoor furniture to the balcony off the living area, which provides sea views across to La Manga. This is a great place to dine al fresco or to sit with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the evening sun. There is a large communal pool which also incorporates a separate children's pool area. There is also a play area close by. There are many beaches in the area, all with crystal clear waters and awarded the EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness.
