1 BEDROOM APARTMENT, quiet area ,communial pool with splash pool, 2 seas within a minutes walk, (Mar Menor lagoon, one side & the Mediteranean the other). The Apartment benefits from its own pool, with a shallow end perfect for children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. There is plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IN THE APARTMENT - We have a TV, DVD player which also plays CDs. Cooker with grill, hob, electric kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment, iron and ironing board, air cooling system. This first floor newly built and newly furnished,(2007) 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4.
It is located at the far end of the the Mar Menor beside the golden Costa Calida, on a 18km strip of land, that some times is width is no wider than 200mtrs

Warm hot summers and mild sunny winters make this a wonderful all year round destination for active or leisurely breaks.
It is ideally located for a quiet stay, yet near to both the seas of Mar Menor and the Mediterranean, the only problem is which one to use!!
There are numerous water sports available, you name it, and it is all within walking distance The Mar Menor,is the largest salt-water lagoon in Europe and has a surface area of nearly 170km², (60 square miles) it is non-tidal, crystal clear, and with average water temperature of 23 degrees.

It has a coastal length of 70km, and warm and clear water which does not exceed 7m in depth, it is "the largest swimming pool in the world"
The Mediterranean is separated from the Mar Menor by by a sand bar, 22km in length and with a variable width from 100 to 1200m. If you’re a lover of golf then at La Manga Golf Club. Situated at Los Belones just as you enter La Manga, this Club has three 18-hole courses set in beautiful countryside among the palms. It is also the headquarters of the European PGA. The Club also has tennis courts, swimming pools and a beach club at Mar Menor where one can enjoy all types of water sports and horse riding.

A PARADISE FOR NAUTICAL SPORTS
Throughout the length of La Manga there are ten teaching centers (Escuelas de Vela) which means that no one need travel far to practice the water sport of their choosing. All of the centers offer the best and most up-to-date equipment with courses in sailing and wind-surfing tutored by qualified instructors who normally speak at least one language other then Spanish - normally English and/or German. Many of these schools also offer courses in the sailing of catamarans, canoeing, water skiing, and most other nautical sports including deep-sea diving. Apart from the water sports, La Manga offers a great variety of other activities. There are many Tennis clubs with courts open to the public all year round, plus paddle tennis and squash in addition to a roller-skating rink and full size go-kart track. The road, which runs through La Manga, has been built to offer the cyclist the safety of a cycle-lane and the absence of hills throughout the strip
