This very spacious villa has accommdation laid out over two floors, and plenty of outside areas to enjoy the wonderful Spanish weather with gardens, several terraces all with outdoor furniture (so you can choose whether you want to be in full sun or shade) and perfect for dining al fresco or enjoying a chilled glass of wine, a lovely wooden gazebo, several sun loungers for sun bathing, built-in barbecue area, and not forgetting the private swimming pool. The villa is very spacious and tastefully furnished throughout. The living accommodation is open-plan and the lounge provides comfy seating and dining for six. The kitchen is fully fitted and also includes a microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate utility/storage area which houses the washing machine.

There are two twin bedrooms at ground floor, both with built-in wardobes, as is the family bathroom.

The only accommodation located upstairs is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and private balcony.

Accessed from the landing, there is also a large terrace overlooking the pool area. The outside space is very child friendly as the boundary is marked by a high hedge and entry/exit is via a locked gate.

Off-road parking is also provided.

The property is fitted with air conditioning which can also be used as heating during the cooler winter nights.

Access to Blue Flag beaches are within walking distance of the property at La Zenia and Cabo Roig. La Zenia itself is in the heart of the Orihuela Costa with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, and you are just a short journey from the vibrant Cabo Roig 'strip', the popular Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre and Villamartin Plaza.

Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away where you will find further shopping and the lovely promenade with its bars, restaurants and marina.

A beautiful marina has been developed on the cape of Cabo Roig with a tapas bar and restaurant between the beach and the marina giving a fabulous setting and wonderful views across the sea to La Manga to watch the sunset. There are many beaches in the area, all with crystal clear waters and awarded the EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness. Many water sports including sailing, fishing, wind surfing, and, for the more adventurous, jet ski-ing, can be found in the area.

The resort of Los Alcazares, which is situated on the Mar Menor, is around 25 minutes by car. This is the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe, offering warm seas, safe-bathing and is also a haven for lovers of water sports. For the golf enthusiast, this is a prime area with golf being played all year, and offering championship courses in beautiful settings. Villamartin is less than 10 minutes by car, and within a further 15-20 minutes you can sample three other courses at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and the newly opened La Finca. All courses offer good golfing facilities, with varying difficulty to test all abilities. The world famous La Manga is also within 1 hour's drive.

Murcia-San Javier Airport is around 15 minutes by car, and Alicante Airport 45 minutes. Both are served by the budget airlines.
