Nicely furnished and completely modernised. The balcony doors of the lounge/dining room area opens out to the large south facing terraces of the appartment. This area, as well as the modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bars are situated on 1 level of the property. A spiral staircase would lead you downstairs floor with two spacious bedrooms (one of them has got a balcony) and a complete modern bathroom with wash hand basin, W.C. & a bath tub with shower. Both bedrooms have got large built-in wardrobes. Recommended property!!

A car is not essential for this property, but could be convenient to visit other villages and other touristic attractions in the area which are worth visiting during your stay such as the Nerja Caves, the White Villages, The Alhambra in Granada, various Golf clubs very nearby, waterparks etc...

Golf: Baviera Golf: Near Torre del Mar is approximately 15 minutes away by car. Baviera Golf is situated in the Anacrusis approximately 2 km East of Torre del Mar, near Caleta del Velez. The course opened in 2001 and was designed under the direction of Jose Maria Commissaries. The course is a challenge for a all levels of play, from the beginner to the professional. Club de Golf Los Moriscos: There is also a golf course at Salobrena near Almunecar. WaterSports and Sailing. Marina del Este near La Herradura: Peńón de las Caballas (Mackerel Rock), has been developed into the Marina del Este, a moderate-sized sports port with around 220 moorings. The port is a popular venue, particularly in summer, with restaurants, bars and shops to entertain visitors.

Playa Burriana: Burriana Beach, Nerja's main beach is a 5 minute drive away and offers a host of activities for those who want to relax on a sun bed to the more adventurous who fancy Scuba Diving, pedaloes or water skiing. You will find a large variety of restaurants, bars, and small shops along the beach-side promenade, including Ayo's famous paella restaurant. Playa Torrecilla: For a quieter scene try Playa Torrecilla. Located at the bottom of town center, Torrecilla has undergone substantial renovation to make the area wider. The result is the sea is much calmer and an ideal beach for young children as the water is very shallow and the sand soft. Playa el Salon: Salon beach is a very pretty bay located to the right of the Balcon de Europa, reached via a windy cobbled walkway, that runs off the Balcon between the hotel and the church. Playa el Salon is one of Nerja’s best-kept secrets. Many regular visitors never find this beach.
