The golf course has been designed to incorporate beautiful lakes and fairways. The golf clubhouse has a well stocked golf shop, a driving range and practice green. A selection of bars and restaurants can also be found within the resort. The three lakes complete the exuberant landscape of the golf course. La Torre Golf Resort is ideal for both average players and those with a high handicap, there is a course for all levels of golfers.

*Services*
Stated prices are fully inclusive of the reasonable use of water, gas and electricity.
High Speed Internet connection can be arranged at extra cost
*Linen*
We provide bed linen namely duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases.
*Towels*
Hand towels and bath towels are provided for your stay.
*Cleaning*
Our Townhouse will have been checked and thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. We do not make a routine cleaning charge and you are expected to leave our Townhouse in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your rental period.
*Security Deposit*
We ask for a security deposit of £200 (€290) for each rental booking.
This deposit is to be paid along with the final balance not later than 8 weeks before the departure date.
Your Security Deposit will be refunded to your postal address within 2 weeks of your departure date.
*Arrival-Departure Days*
Changeover day will normally be on Saturday’s unless otherwise agreed. On arrival access to our home is normally not before 3.00pm.On departure day It will probably be necessary for you to vacate by 10.00am.
If you require different times to the above we will try our very best to accommodate you.
*Booking Procedure*
Upon receipt of a booking application, we will confirm by e-mail within 24 hrs current availability and costs. We will then make a provisional booking. Unless otherwise agreed, we can only promise to keep a provisional booking available for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit. If the deposit has not been received after 7 days no guarantee can be made that the desired dates will remain available.
*Payment Terms*
A 20% deposit is requested within 7 days of a provisional booking being made. At this point the reservation will become confirmed. The outstanding balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the departure date of your holiday. Should your reservation be made with less than 8 weeks remaining to the departure date, then the full cost of the booking including deposit will be required.
*Cancellation Policy*
All cancellations should be made in writing no later than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
*26 weeks or more to departure* – Deposit refunded in full.
*8 weeks to 26 weeks to departure* – Deposit 50% of total booking cost will be charged.
*Less than 4 weeks to departure* – 80% of total booking cost will be charged.
In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel you’re booking than a full refund will be offered.
*Confirmation Details*
You will receive a receipt and booking confirmation advice as soon as your 20% deposit has been received. This confirmation letter will also contain details of the outstanding balance and the date by which the outstanding balance is due. Following receipt of your final balance, you will receive a further communication, confirming the receipt of your final balance and detailing the key collection from our agents, directions to our Townhouse and our management contact numbers.
