It also has a balcony with pool view and patio table and chairs looking out to the beautiful mountains of La Tercia. PLEASE NOTE : This is a NON-SMOKING APPARTMENT The resort boasts Europes FIRST AQUATIC DRIVING RANGE and initially has a nine hole course, extending to 18 holes on completion of the 2nd phase in March 2009. However, there are no fewer than 10 championship standard, 18 hole golf courses within a 15 minute drive of La Tercia, including the world famous La Manga. The complex is ideal regardless of what your holiday requirements are and for those of you with children there is plenty to do to keep them occupied with play areas, sports facilities and no fewer than 16 communal swimming pools.
