There are 4 attractively furnished bedrooms all have lovely views. Two bedrooms with double beds and two with twin beds an additional sofa bed in the lounge ensures that 10 people can be accommodated comfortably. All bedding including linen is provided free of charge. A cot and high chair can also be provided. Bedrooms are equipped with fans or air conditioning.

There are 2 bathrooms both with bath and shower facilities, toilet and bidet. All towels except for beach towels are provided.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and many electric items for use for preparation of meals and drinks. All the necessary equipment, crockery, cutlery, dishes and glasses are available for the most discerning Master chefs in your party. Gas and electricity are available free of further charge.
A small utility room is situated on the lower terrace and is equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier. There is a whirly line and drying area.
There is a large lounge dining area with a log burner for seasonal use. There is central heating throughout the villa making it a cosy place for a winter break. TV, DVD player, Video player are situated here. There is also a selection of game and books to while away the lazy hazy days. From the lounge there is access on to the balcony that overlooks the lower garden, lower swimming pool and tennis court.
The view from the balcony takes in the countryside and forestry areas with an extensive view to the horizon. In the mornings the sun heralds its arrival with a wonderful orange glow as it rises to drench the property in glorious sunshine throughout the day. It sets in beautiful configurations of salmon coloured patterns over the main swimming pool area.

The dining area is equipped with a large rustic table and chairs and there is also outside a pleasant outside dining area for the exclusive use of villa guests.
The property is typically Spanish all floors are terra cotta tiles and the walls white.
Around the villa are several terraces and grassed areas.
These contain BBQ, Paella and outside cooking facilities which are available for guests to use.

There is wheelchair access to the accommodation and to the upper swimming pool. The water is suitable for washing, cleaning teeth and boiling for making hot drinks. Bottled water is recommended for drinking. The property is serviced with electricity and gas. The telephone and internet connections may be used at the discretion of the owners.

Outdoor activities which are all available free of charge include a full sized tennis court in the lower garden area boules, croquet, darts and table-tennis and 2 full size bicycles all of which can be used at the user’s risk.

There is central heating throughout the villa making suitable for all seasons. The English
owners, a retired teacher and retired electrical engineer, could provide child minding for those special occasions when a romantic evening is called for. The Villa has 3.5 acres of private grounds and parking which approached through this entrance drive. The private pool is 10metres by 5 metres in a quiet enclosed area. The Villa overlooking the countryside. There is a full sized tennis court for visitors to enjoy together with table tennis, darts, boules and other activities on site. The Villa lounge is spacious.
