The finca is set within 7 acres of olive and almond groves in a remote corner that is part of the Montes de Malaga. It is situated within 7 acres of olive almond and fruit trees
The surrounding terrain is rugged and steep and because of this we would have to say that it is not suitable for persons with impaired mobility or for very young children.
It is reached by 4km of unmade road which makes for the peace and tranquillity that we think makes this holiday home special. The road is no problem for a normal car but care would have to be taken with any kind of vehicle that has very low ground clearance
This could be Spain 50 years previous mules still plough the land and goats wander by on their way to their pasture.
It was once the home to a family of Olive growers but has now been tastefully renovated to provide for people who like easy workable accomodation but still be far from the madding crowd There are two large double bedrooms one ensuite with two further recreation rooms either of which can be used as a third bedroom.There are hammocks a futon and a double sofa bed available.
The dining room which is full of character will seat eight and the kitchen has all modern appliances The pool area is situated at a lower level to the house and is surrounded by different levels of terracing.
It is a midsize pool approx 7metres x 3 metres ideal for swimming or just relaxing, although not heated the temp can quite often rise to the mid eighties in summertime There are many different courtyards and terraces which makes for ideal alfresco dining or for just sitting either in the sun or the shade and taking in the stunning veiws. This is a dog friendly finca and has two purpose built kennels within a secure area.Dogs are able to roam on our land but outside of this they would need to be under control as our Spanish neighbours do keep livestock and would not welcome visits by foreign dogs!! The scenery is stunning and changes greatly from season to season and there is always something different to see with beautiful blossom to wonderful wild flowers and stunning sunsets
