Holiday rental 2  bedroom Village House Ronda Casa Samuel, our poolside village home is located within a small community, a few minutes stroll from the main square in Montejaque. Casa Samuel is one of the few village homes in Montejaque with easy vehicle access and where you are able to park outside your own front door. Montejaque nestles in the heart of the Grazalema Natural Park famed for its walking, birdwatching and magnificent scenery. The village is built on a rocky hillside above a fertile green valley of sunflower fields, vineyards and olive groves. It is only a few minutes drive away from the unique Pileta Caves with their prehistoric paintings and historic Ronda is 15 minutes drive away. The nearest beach - San Pedro is only an hour away. There is no shortage of leisure and sports activities available in the area, including rock climbing, caving, canoeing, bicycling, horse riding and hot air ballooning over the Sierra de Ronda. Vacation rental 2  bedroom Village House Ronda Designed and furnished to a high standard in typical rustic Andalucian style, with exposed wood beams and a wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings. The house is also heated with oil fired radiators. Cooling fans are provided for the hot summer months. The cosy liviing room has a sofa and three comfortable chairs, a television, a CD/radio/cassette player, occasional tables and lamps and plenty of books and games to enjoy.
Holiday 2  bedroom Village House Ronda The separate kitchen is fully tiled and fitted with units, rustic pine sideboard and shelf unit and granite worksurfaces. It is equipped with a microwave, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, Expresso coffee machine, cafetiere, kettle, etc. We have provided ample cutlery, china, various glasses, and everything you might need for cooking. The utensils comprise all the standard things. The kitchen has a pine table and four chairs.
Holiday 2  bedroom Village House Ronda The back door from the kitchen opens out to our sheltered terrace, which has a further table and chairs for alfresco dining, as well as a portable barbecue. The upstairs balcony has lounger chairs and there are further chairs available for use around the pool. There are spectacular views from both the terrace and balcony.

Both rooms have generous cupboards and drawer space and bedside chests with lamps. All the furniture is rustic pine. There is also a travel cot available should this be required. Both bedrooms have high ceilings and exposed wood beams.

There are two fully tiled bathrooms - the main upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over, bidet, basin and lavatory. The second bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, basin and lavatory. There is a utility area with a washing machine and iron and ironing board. There is plenty of space here to hang coats, air clothes, etc.
Holiday 2  bedroom Village House Ronda Montejaque is a typical Andalucian 'white village' with traditional Moorish-style architecture and narrow winding streets. It has a central square with a lovely church, banks, bakery, small supermarkets and village shops and plenty of local bars serving tapas, as well as restaurants. There is a Caving and Pot-Holing Orientation Centre/Museum in the village. Walking is one of the most popular pastimes and there are numerous tracks starting from Montejaque scattered all over the surrounding mountains and countryside, giviing ample opportunity to enjoy the spectacular scenery. The whole area is a paradise for birdwatchers and botanists - many rare birds are seen in the area and in the Spring the countryside is covered with various wild flowers. Many picturesque 'bueblos blancos' are only a short drive away, each with their own individual character.
