Casa Feliz is a spacious and pretty villa set in landscaped gardens with a private pool, complete with a superb slide to deep end. The peoperty is ideally located, just 3 kms from the upmarket beach and golfing resort of Novo Sancti Petri where you will find shops, bars and restaurants.

Furnished and equipped to a high standard as a 'home from home' Casa Feliz makes a perfect base from which to enjoy the many sporting activities, wonderful scenery, cultural sights and fabulous beaches of the area.

Of course you may just prefer to relax and enjoy the privacy of your own garden and private pool, dining al fresco and watching the amazing sunsets. Living rooms:
The lounge/dining room is a bright and airy room with an open fire place and celing fan. There are 2 sofas and a large dining table seating 6 together with a TV with DVD player and a CD player. an ever growing library of DVDs and CDs, to suit all tastes are available. We also have a collection of games and books including maps and guide books of the area, Spanish phrasebooks etc to help you get the most out of your holiday.

Kitchen:
Modern kitchen with door to garden, pool and eating area. Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers give ample storage and a ceiling fan is fitted.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, a fitted wardrobe and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 also has twin beds and a free standing wardrobe with shelves and drawers. A ceiling fan is also fitted.

Bathrooms:
En suite shower room to bedroom 1 with shower, basin, WC & bidet. (shown right)
Separate full bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, basin and bidet.
Both bathrooms have the advantage of very large mirrors and a hairdryer is available for your use.

For the added comfort of all our guests, insect screens are fitted to all windows and the kitchen door. Access to the villa is through lockable gates giving a sense of security and ensuring the safety of young children. It is surrounded by a brick built wall which backs on to green belt land, offering total privacy.

To the front is a shady terrace and rockery garden and a drive with parking for 2 small cars.

To the rear is a large sunny garden with a superb 8m x 4m private swimming pool with roman steps to the shallow end and a 6ft slide into the deep end, amking it a big hit with children (and adults) of all ages!

A large terrace area, complete with sun loungers surrounds the pool and a wooden pergola offers some welcome shade.

There is also a BBQ area and a table chairs for al fresco dining and outside lighting ensures that you can take full advantage of the warm summer evenings. Casa Feliz is ideally situated for discovering this fascinating region.

There are lots of sporting activities in the immediate vicinity including golf, tennis, go-karting, quad biking, horse riding.

For golfers, the nearest course is the superb 36 hole Novo Sancti Petri course and we are just 3 kms from the club house and the driving range is even closer!

There are several other courses in the area and we have a complete set of golf clubs (+ an extra putter and bag to make 2 half sets!) to make everything as easy as possible! Chiclana is a traditional Spanish town and is a 10 minute drive from the villa, making it our nearest town. It has recently undergone some renovation work which has seen streets pedestrianised; building restored and underground car parking added making it a very pleasant place to visit.

Novo Sancti Petri is just a 3 minute drive or a 30 minute walk. It is a modern beachfront golfing resort which has an upmarket, cosmopolitan feel about it.

Here you will find a variety of restaurants, bars shops and supermarkets, mainly situated in the resort’s pedestrianised, courtyard setting of the 'centro commercial'. It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and comes alive in the summer evenings when shops stay open late into the night. The fabulous La Barrosa beach is closeby and is a 6km stretch of fine white sand which fully deserves it's blue flag status.

Within a 5 minute drive of the villa we are blessed with an abundance of restaurants serving everything from snacks and Tapas to full cordon bleu meals and seafood is most definitely a speciality of the area.

The area has everything you could want for a holiday and it's not surprising at all that, this is the place where the spanish choose to holiday!

25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before the rental start date.
