The unspoilt town and beautiful beaches of La Marina are only a 5-minute walk from this apartment. Situated in a quiet residential area near the village of La Marina which is very Spanish in character, but it manages to provide all the little extras to let you enjoy your stay. There is a tourist information office, pharmacy, travel agency, many shops, bars and restaurants. The El Pinet /La Marina beaches are superb - cleaned every day, lifeguards on duty in the season, beach bars/restaurants, toilets and a superb spider's web climbing frame for the kids. Just a kilometre or so inland lies the urbanization of La Marina. This boasts an extensive range of facilities from 5 large supermarkets to internet cafes, snooker club, a wide variety of restaurants - Chinese, Indian etc.


This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, Go Karts, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are two cities within 30 minutes drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west and two major international airports close by – Alicante 20 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - 35 minutes drive. 5 championship Golf Courses all within 30 minutes drive from this property. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. This ground floor apartment faces the communal pool and is away from main roads it also has the benefit of being a 5 minute walk from the beach.

In the main area of the apartment you will find a lounge area with table and chairs and three seater sofa bed, TV with UK channels. There are patio doors which lead out to the terrace with table and chairs were you can sit with view of the communal pool.

Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds bedside cabinet table lamps, built-in wardrobe and fan. Furnished to the highest quality.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect for 4 persons. Large Unity room with washing machine Close by and well within 12 minute walk there are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. Large Supermarket and banks. A popular local market is held on Thursday - again within 5 minute drive of the apartment, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

Five minute drive you have the choice of lovely sandy beaches of La Marina and Guardamar on the Costa Blanca.

Within 15 minute drive you have La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa and 25 minute drive you have 3 more Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap


No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

For the hard to please a 40 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for! Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 15 minute drive from this property. A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides.
