Close by and well within Ten minutes walk, you will find the town of Ciudad Quesada. with banks, Supermarket and every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. Also a Aqua park with water-chute.

The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday or golfing breaks. At the side of the Villa is a park area were the children can play and you can enjoy a barbecue and meet new friends Communal swimming pool with children's paddling pool and within a ten minute drive you have the choice of five golf courses or the lovely sandy beaches of Guardamar on the Costa Blanca.

La Marquesa golf course this is a par 72, 18-hole course is also just 10-minute drive from this property. The next closest course is La Finca, where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open.

Within 15 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor

No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat Quesada has it own Water Park and there is also a Water park in Torrevieja Aquopolies which is a 10 minute drive from this property.
