Vacation rental 3  bedroom Penthouse Ayamonte Inside:
The entire living area comprises 120sqm, and the huge terrace, complete with BBQ, Jacuzzi and spectacular views, is approximately 260sqm. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin, two of which open on to the terrace, and two large bathrooms, each with shower over the bath. All rooms in the apartment are light, airy, and comfortably furnished.

The living room and dining area seat 6 adults. Of course, you come on holiday to experience what the area has to offer, but for evenings when you want to be a little quieter there is satellite TV, CD/DVD player with range of films, and a range of books. This is a large room, with patio doors opening out on to the terrace, and sea views.The apartment has air-conditioning and central- heating.

Welcome packs of tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter etc. are provided, to save you setting out immediately for provisions. If you’re like me, the first thing you want when you arrive is a nice cup of tea, and I may own the only teapot in Spain!
Holiday 3  bedroom Penthouse Ayamonte Outside:
The terrace has astonishing views across gardens to beach and sea. Not for nothing is the area called the Coast of Light. The rear of the terrace overlooks the protected wetlands and a tributary of the River Guadiana, where a large number of native birds can usually be spotted.

There is a good selection of terrace furniture and the option of sunny spots or shaded ones depending on your preference. The outdoor Jacuzzi by your French windows is a great place to wind down after a day of sun and sightseeing, and the BBQ offers an excellent alternative to dining out. Make sure to visit the morning Abasto market in Ayamonte for excellent fresh fish, meat and vegetables
This small development is set in a secure, gated community with landscaped gardens and 2 pools. Each individual apartment is fitted with security grills and robust 5 point locks, although this is generally a very quiet and safe area unlike the busier costas.
Private car-parking is available underneath the building.
Holiday 3  bedroom Penthouse Ayamonte The Kitchen:
This is a good size, and is well equipped with dishwasher, kettle, conventional toaster, hob, oven, coffee-maker and teapot, as well as a good range of crockery, cutlery and utensils. We even have egg-cups! There is a large fridge-freezer, and plenty of storage space underneath marble work-tops or in wall cupboards. Just off the kitchen is a utility room containing a washing machine and microwave, as well as a drying rack (which you can take out on to the terrace if you prefer), an iron and ironing board.
The kitchen window overlooks the protected wetlands, and opens fully to allow in plenty of air.
Holiday 3  bedroom Penthouse Ayamonte The Bedrooms:
There are 3 bedrooms, sleeping six people altogether (it may be possible to hire a cot for an infant). The master bedroom contains a large Kingsize bed with ensuite bathroom and patio doors on to the terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two singles that can be pushed together to form a double if required. These two rooms share access to the second bathroom. All the beds are furnished with good quality sprung mattresses, which should ensure a good night’s sleep. For Summer, the beds are provided with white cotton jaquard covers, with duvets or blankets available for extra warmth in Winter.
Both bathrooms are a good size, and are half tiled. The sinks are set into large vanity units with marble aggregate tops. There is a shower unit over each bath, with glass shower screens.
All linen and towels are provided, though we do ask you not to take our towels to the beach. Should your stay exceed 10 days there will be a change of towels mid-stay.
Holiday 3  bedroom Penthouse Ayamonte Isla Canela is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, for recharging your batteries lazing on the terrace, strolling along the golden sand or sitting in one of the little bars to watch the boats. Punctuate this with a dip in the pool or the sea, and you may wish for nothing more.
For golfers there is a large range of courses, all within 20 miles. The nearest is the local course at Isla Canela Golf, which provides an 18 hole, par 72 course. For sight-seeing the pretty town of Ayamonte is close by, with its palm-fringed squares, cobbled streets, tapas bars and restaurants. Go a little further and take an excursion to historic Seville. A bit more adventurous? Book a jeep safari through the famous wild-life sanctuary of the Coto Donana, or a fast and thrilling boat ride up the Guadiana River. Or take the kids to the Isla Magica theme park, near Seville The area surrounding Isla Canela is quite flat, and ideal for cycling. Bikes can be hired from several places in the Marina area.

Price Notes
Prices range from £450 - £840, depending on season. A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking, with the remainder payable 8 weeks in advance of your arrival. The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking without recompense should the balance not be paid within 7 days of that stated time. A returnable security deposit of £150 is also payable with the balance. Should there be excessive cleaning needs after your stay, serious breakages or abnormal use of electricity, a portion of this may be retained.
The price includes a clean at the beginning and end of your stay, and all linen and towels except for beach towels.
