This beautiful villa set in gardens with private swimming pool is only 200 metres from the sea and beach between Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.

The lovely split-level design has a dinning area, lounge with satellite TV and fully equipped american style kitchen. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and then stairs to a gallery double bedroom and another bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a balcony with stunning views of the bays of Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia and the surrounding mountains.

The secluded gardens with swimming pool also have children's swings and a barbecue. There are terraces around the villa, which is in an ideal location being only minutes drive from Puerto Pollensa, the old town of Pollensa and Alcudia. Situated on the North East side the island, Puerto Pollensa is one of the finest holiday resorts on the island of Mallorca. Set against a backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range, this fishing village has stunning scenery, excellent sandy beaches, and a wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes along the famous Pine Walk promenade. The cosmopolitan old town of Pollensa with its narrow cobbled streets and medieval buildings, is visited regularly by actors artists, and politicians as well as sport enthusiasts from all over Europe for the vast range of watersports including scuba diving, and sailing. All our Mallorca prices include taxes and are for the rental of the villa accommodation per week and not per person, from Saturday until Saturday.

In addition a £200 / €300 damage deposit is required (which can be held in the form of a cheque if preferred)
This deposit is refunded as soon as the property has been checked following departure,
less the cost of any damage or breakages, although hopefully this would not apply!

All standard prices include a welcome pack on arrival.

MAID SERVICE:

5 STAR houses: daily maid service except on Sundays and public holidays.
4 STAR houses: 3 times per week (On arrival day to prepare the villa and twice more during the week).
3 STAR houses: Twice weekly (On arrival day to prepare the villa and once more during the week).

Bed linen changed weekly on changeover day.
Towels changed twice weekly (On changeover day and once more during the week).
On discounted holidays maid service will be once during the week.

Occupancy of property: 14:00h 2 pm
Vacation of property: 10:00h 10 am
