This two bed roomed apartment is on the first floor of the recently built “Entre Naranjas” complex, set amongst orange and lemon groves and situated five minutes from the small town of Los Montesinos with its shops, bank and restaurants. Only 15 minutes from the lovely beaches along the Torrevieja coastline, and with 5 golf courses within 30 minutes drive the apartment is a great base to enjoy the pleasures of this part of Spain.
Situated between Alicancte and Murcia airport there are a wide range of flights to choose from. Situated on the top floor of the complex the apartment has a private solarium on the roof, from which there are views across the salt lakes to Torrevieja which go a fabulous shade of pink and the mountains beyond.
From the veranda views acros to mountains and eventually a golf course. The apartment is comfortably furnished with lounge area having a sofa and armchair with dining table and chairs. There is a television with a digital service giving you all your favourite programmes and DVD player, also a radio/CD player so bring your favourite music.
The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and washing machine. There is also barbeque and patio furniture for al –fresco dining on the solarium and veranda.
The tiled bathroom has a bidet and a shower over the bath.
The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers, whilst the twin bedded room has a security safe concealed in the fitted wardrobe. A 2 minute walk takes you to the communal swimming pool (used just by our block) which has a seating area and a childrens pool. The Orihuela coastline is 15 mins away with its lovely long stretches of sandy beaches. In the other direction are some smaller bays situated along the coastline, offering different choices of beaches, most has eating areas where a set menu can be obtained or you can just sit with a cool beer and watch the sea lappiing the shoreline. The apartment is centrally situated with the towns of Los Montesinos and San Miguel being within a short drive away, both towns offer banks, supermarkets and local eating places where you can enjoy a meal with the locals.
There is a standard charge of 35 euros for cleaning the apartment and laundry, to be paid when you collect the key.

A deposit £50 per week is required to confirm booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before departure.
Please note no refunds will be made, so for your own protection suitable travel insurance is recommended.
A breakages charge of £75 is too be paid separately on final payment to cover any damage or breakages that occur and will be fully refunded upon your return.
