The river, the Hozgarganta, is a natural river basin and one of Spain’s cleanest rivers and there is a massive river pool, some 100 metres long which is glorious to swim in and has spectacular views of Jimenas’ Moorish castle. There is a large covered terrace area for al fresco eating as well as a secluded terrace for sunbathing with an abundance of terracotta pots
with plants.

The garden leads straight to the river where there are wonderful walks in the Natural Park. The filtered swimming pool has a

covered eating area, barbecue, Table Tennis area as well as a full size grass tennis court.

The house has its own car

parking. Jimena de la Frontera is one of the white hill towns on the Ronda – Algeciras road. The Mediterranean is a 25 minute drive and the Atlantic is 3/4 of an hour. It is ideally situated between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic.

Jimena has a train station that goes to Ronda, Granada and beyond. From Algeciras one can visit Morocco, which is 2 hours by boat or 45
minutes on the hydrofoil from Tarifa. Discover the real Andalucia in
this beautiful unspoilt location.

The property is situated in the protected Natural Park 1km from the white Andalucian village of Jimena de la Frontera which is only a 10
minute walk from the house.
