Betlem is a wonderful village with breathtaking scenery of the mountains descending to the sea. The coastline is rugged with numerous coves and bays to explore along winding footpaths. Betlem is an ideal location to get away from it all and an ideal location for walking, cycling and there are several golf courses nearby. There are 2 bars/restaurants and a small bakery. Nearby is the town of Colonia St. Pere which contains superb bars/restaurants, a sandy beach, promenade, new marina, banks, pharmacy and shops. Bedrooms:

There is a garden to the front and rear. The patio/balcony areas have outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is a large 20m swimming pool with a separate paddling area for smaller children. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and is for the sole use of the residents of the small complex.

Coast/Beach
The coast is just a 2 minute walk away and the nearest beach is 0.5km away and will take 5 minutes to walk. There is also another secluded bay with a beach a 10 minute walk away.

Golf
The nearest 18 hole golf course is located just outside the town of Arta which is approximately 10 minutes drive away (Capdepera). In addition, there are 5 other courses within 20-30 minutes of the property including Pula, Alcanada, Pollenca and Son Servera.

Travel
The nearest airport is in Palma which is located approximately 40 miles away which is served by daily budget airlines from most of the major UK airports.
