Las Tortugas is a spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in a tranquil location not far from the beaches of Garrucha, Mojacar and Vera Playa in Almeria. It has everything you need for the ultimate chilling out holiday - including the absence of any near neigbours (two only, both 300 metres away). It has recently been completely renovated and now offers comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people. Its layout makes it ideal for two families or for several generations as there are bedrooms and a living room on both floors. Las Tortugas can accommodate up to 12 people in comfort in 5 large bedrooms and two sitting rooms (including sofa bed in the upstairs sitting room). There is a huge shady terrace just outside the dining room with table and chairs seating up to 12 people as well as lots of comfy seating area. THE place for escaping the heat of the day and convenient for flopping into the pool. There are five spacious bedrooms, three with ensuite bathrooms, plus a family bathroom. Las Tortugas enjoys a peaceful position with no near neigbours and marvellous all-round views, notably to the Sierra Cabrera to the south and the sea at Garrucha to the east. The sunsets are spectacular. Despite the peaceful location, the beaches of Garrucha, Vera Playa and Mojacar are only ten minutes away, and the popular, challenging Golf course of Valle del Este is just a mile. This is not the area for frantic nightlife, but rather for chilling out and enjoying peace and quiet. There are things for the energetic to do - Go Karts, horse-riding, golf, bowls, tennis, Aqua park, water sports all within a short drive. Higher culture is available at Granada, a two hour drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Stoves range gas cooker with 2 ovens and an 8 burner hob.
