There is a sunny balcony area off the double bedroom. The villa is located a 10 minute walk from the beach, and is an ideal choice for families and small groups.This property has the added bonus of air conditioning and satellite television. Off-road parking is also provided. There is a communal pool a short distance.

The area of Cabo Roig and La Zenia on the Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. You are also just a short journey from Villamartin Plaza with over 40 bars and restaurants and the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre with three floors of shops, restaurants, bars and family entertainment. The numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa have all been awarded the Blue Flag in recognition of high quality and safety. A short drive takes you to three renowned golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex.

Linen and towels are provided but please bring own beach towels.
