This is a well presented two bedroom apartment, located in La Mata, Torrevieja, and a pleasant 15 minute walk from the beach. The apartment block is well presented, with clean and attractive communal areas, and is supplied with both lifts and stairs.

There are shops, bars, and restaurants close by, and a local bus service. The apartment is fully furnished and perfect for the long term guest. You will find satellite TV with your favourtie English channels, DVD, oven/hob, washing machine, and microwave.

Bedroom one has a double bed and built-in wardrobes, and bedroom two has twin beds and built-in wardrobe. The good sized family bathroom includes bath with shower over. There is a fabulous roof top solarium, ideal for sunbathing, which offers sea views. We have our own communal pool which is suitable for both children and adults, with a couple of pool showers, and plenty of space for sunbathing.

Torrevieja is just a short drive away where you will find a larger range of shops, restaurants, bars, and the lovely marina. There are many Blue Flag beaches to choose from along the coast of the Costa Blanca. There are plenty of excellent golf courses to choose from locally. La Manga is also within an hour's drive.

Murcia-San Javier Airport is around 25 minutes by car, and Alicante Airport around 40 minutes. Both are served by the major budget airlines.
