This exclusive residence is only available at select times of the year, as and when the resident and his family take their vacations at their retreat on one of the Scottish islands, and is exclusive to the contact as below. Outside there has been no expense spared to make your holiday special. As well as the stunning 10x5 metre swimming pool which is deep enough for diving, there is a top of the range hot tub which will seat up to five people. The children’s play area is situated next to the pool table and table tennis table, away from the sunbathing areas, so that you can relax in perfect peace.

Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor and has a double bed, one single bed and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and has one single bed and bunk beds and adjoins a shower room.
Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor and has bunk beds.
Bedroom 5 has a king size bed and en suite shower room. This room also has a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedroom 6 has one single bed and bunk beds and en suite shower room. The villa has recently undergone a full refurbishment and has six good sized bedrooms which will accommodate up to seventeen people. In addition to the brand new kitchen with five ring gas hob, double electric oven, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and microwave, there is a separate laundry closet with washing machine and tumble dryer, large lounge with t.v. with full Sky package, dvd and video player and surround sound system. The villa also benefits from air conditioning in every bedroom as well as the lounge and underfloor heating throughout for winter lets. There is also a large family dining room and all rooms are beautifully furnished to the highest standard.
