Swimming Pool: private swimming pool / kids pool with locked gates for private use by residents. Located near clean safe blue flag beaches and a lovely promenade with walks leading to the reserve and marina near the salt lakes (there are a couple of restaurants on site to try) this is ideal for bird watching. San Pedro is a traditional Spanish Town with a marina, several bars and restaurants. The water of the Mar Menor are shallow and warmer than the sea so are therefore ideal for children (there are also play areas on the beach). There are different types of water sports offered. In the opposite direction are the villages of Pilar and Torre. Both villages have several very nice bars and restaurants. Dos Mares shopping complex is only a ten minute drive and offers a large supermarket, cinema, bowling, cafes, bars and clothes shops. It is ideally situated in tranquil surrounding yet all the amenities needed are close by. 15 minutes drive from Murcia airport just off the main motorway.

Deposits

Please telephone or email for availability. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. A seperate £50 security deposit is required with the final payment 6 weeks prior to departure date. There are discounts offered for last minute bookings or long-term rentals. Please contact for details on offers.

Towels / Linen / Cleaning

Towels and linen are provided. Towels are changed on a weekly basis. Beach towels are not provided. Cleaning charge of 50€ is payable upon arrival (this covers cleaning, welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, bread and being met upon arrival by English speaking person).



Changeover

In peak season a Saturday changeover is preferred. Arrivals after 15:00 unless prior arrangement and departure before 11:00. We are very flexible and can make exceptions, just contact us with your requirements.



Notes on Accommodation

Key holder lives nearby in case of emergencies. We have a contacts for Airport Transers (English speaking) and for baby equipment hire, everything from prams, travel cots, high chairs, car seats to baby milk and nappies. No pets allowed.
