The living area provides comfy seating for 5 people and TV with English channels, wall unit for storage, and dining table and chairs. The fully fitted kitchen has oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and washing machine.

At this level there is a good sized bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobes. There is also a shower room/w.c. Upstairs, are two further bedrooms, one double with built-in wardrobes, and the other with two single beds and built-in wardrobes. Both bedrooms have private balconies. The family bathroom has bath with shower over.

The property is fitted with air conditioning. A short drive, or a ten minute walk, from the property you will find a number of bars, cafes and restaurants (English, Spanish, Chinese, Indian), and a small supermarket. Within 5 minutes drive you will find Villamartin Plaza with its numerous restaurants and a large supermarket.

There are several golf courses in the area, three of which are within 5-7 minutes drive of the villa. This area of the Costa Blanca features many wonderful beaches. The villa is situated only a few minutes drive away from idyllic sandy beaches such as Campoamor and La Zenia. Other nearby beaches also include Cabo Roig, Punta Prima and Mil Palmeras. They have all been awarded the 'Blue Flag'. The villa is available for a minimum contract of 3+ months, and is priced at 675 Euros per month plus bills.

The villa is around 20 minutes from Murcia-San Javier Airport, and 45 minutes from Alicante, and both are served by the major budget airlines.

Competitive car hire or airport transfers can be arranged.

The villa is also available long term, minimum contract 3+ months.

A security deposit of €675.00 is required, this is fully refundable if the contract is not broken or any damage occurred.
