Beautiful townhouse with 2 terraces, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large lounge/dining room and separated kitchen and utility room. This property comes with underground garage space for two cars, pretty gardens surrounding the pool (usually open from 15 June to 15 September), two paddle tennis courts and children’s play area, all in a private gated development. The house is a 2 minute drive from the golden sandy beaches and the Islantilla shopping complex with bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets, but only 2 minutes walk to the brand new shopping and leisure complex La Hacienda de Islantilla. Our house is ideally situated to explore not only Spain but the Portuguese Algarve, and it is only 1 and 1/4 hour to the historical city of Seville Lounge and dining room leading to the terraces through French windows.
