Milfra Villa has undergone extensive renovation over the past 8 years and now stands as a one of the most luxurious family villas located in the hills overlooking the beautiful town of Moraira. The villa has a range of private shaded and unshaded balconies/terraces located around the villa (on the ground and first floors). The villa also has a 24x7 managed security system with an intercom both up and downstairs to summon instant help for fire, police or ambulance (English spoken). The large pool to the rear of the villa (10m by 5m with roman steps to the shallow end) is positioned in a large and secluded mature garden. The large naya/pool room opens into the patioed pool area and provides welcome shade close to the pool. The large living/dining open plan area provides comfortable space for up to 8 adults and has been professionally designed, decorated and furnished to a very high standard. From the living area there are open double doors into a large first floor private terrace over looking the pool area and private gardens. Off the living area is the Italian designed kitchen (with separate access via sliding double doors) to the same terrace. There is modern TV with satellite (basic SKY package but you are can bring your own sky card for more channels), DVD and CD player. There is also an outside covered utility room.
