Other essential items include iron, iron board, two room fans, high chair, potty, cot and stairgate. 1. floor: Master bedroom with a king sized bed and a large bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and hand basin. The master bedroom has also its own furnished terrace with excellent view over the sea and the golf course.
On the first floor there are also 2 other bedrooms served by another bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and hand basin. The bedrooms have twin beds and their own small terrace.

You will find a lot of wardrobe space in the bedrooms.

In one of the wardrobes you will find a safety box. 2. floor: A big undisturbed roof terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers, a big sunshade, barbecue, pergola and a magnificent view over the golf course and the Mediterranean , and sun all the day.

Included are towels, bath towels, tea towels, dishcloths, linen and blankets.

Also gas, water and electricity are included.

The house is situated directly to the golf course and just up to hole number 8.

A big shared swimming pool is situated 20 meters from the house and it is open and in use all the year.
